Timothy Oistad is a Minnesota licensed Real Estate Agent, working with RE/MAX of Bemidji but he is headquartered right here in Fertile, MN.

Tim has chosen to raise his family and run his business here because of his love for the area and the community. A graduate of Fertile High School with post-graduate education at Moorhead State University, he knows the area and the people, inside and out. He and his team will take the extra time and put in the extra effort to sell your property and/or find you an ideal new home.

He is also a Minnesota licensed Auctioneer and owns Oistad Estate & Auction Service, a company that buys and cleans out estates. It is his wish to provide complete estate service options for his clients.
