Reserves can be set! Estate Buy-Out
We will meet with you to evaluate your estate and make an offer on your personal property. We take into consideration the value and condition of your items, and the cost and time involved to complete the removal of all (or agreed upon) items from the premises. We remove not only the things that we will be re-selling, but also items that will be donated to goodwill, and those that require disposal. We will set a deadline and assume all responsibility for COMPLETE removal of all personal property, with a GUARANTEE to leave the premises in a clean and orderly condition.

Oistad Estate & Auction Service offers consignment auctions. We will gladly meet with you to evaluate your consignment items. We are looking for quality items. Fees are on an escalating scale depending on value of item. The higher the dollar item, the lower our fee.
