RENTAL RATES
Weekend/3 Day Minimum (Available for pick-up 2pm-7pm day before; drop off by 11am): $400
Extra Days (up to 7): $100/Day
Extra Days (8-14): $80/Day
Extra Days (15+): $60/Day

TURN KEY READY! - Bed linens, bath towels, & cookware/kitchenware provided at no extra cost
FREE (we refill) the propane tank when you return
Waterproof bed and pillow protectors INCLUDED
All amounts will have 6.875% sales tax added; Balance of rental fees and refundable damage deposit is required when trailer is picked up. Optional $50 fee for dumping of black and gray holding tanks upon returning trailer (if they are returned empty, there will be no charge).
DEPOSITS
• $300 Deposit due upon reservation confirmation ($100 is non-refundable and will be applied toward your rental; If cancellation notice is prior to 30 days, $200 will be refunded; Cancellation notice under 30 days will result in forfeiture of entire deposit.)
• A $600 REFUNDABLE damage deposit is required at the time of pick-up. Deposits can be made by credit card. Any damage or excessive cleaning costs will be deducted from the deposit amount.
REGULATIONS & FEES
• NO SMOKING POLICY - $600 deposit will be forfeited if smoke is detected when trailer is returned
• NO PET POLICY (except for sight impaired renters)
• 2 5/16” Ball on tow vehicle
• Must have trailer brakes on tow vehicle
• Driver of tow vehicle must be 25 years old and have a valid Driver’s License
• Proof of insurance on towing vehicle must be provided
• Late returns subject to a $200 late charge plus Daily Rental Fee
• Weight distribution hitch available at NO EXTRA charge
• There are no refunds given for early return
• Note: Long term rentals (10 days or more) require a $500 deposit
• We reserve the right to refuse service
• Complete terms provided upon rental
