Estate Clean-Out
How This Works: For those that don’t have enough items in their estate to warrant a Buy-out, the Clean-out option is available. We assume ALL RESPONSIBILITY for items remaining in your house/property. We REMOVE EVERYTHING (items we will re-sell, items for donation, and items that require disposal). We will set a deadline and GUARANTEE to leave the premises in a respectful and orderly condition. Oistad Estate & Auction Service will give a value (credit) to any items that we will be able to re-sell and credit this against our clean-out charge. We will evaluate your personal property and create a written proposal explaining our offer for your review.
The Appeal of This Option: An overwhelming task is completed in a time efficient manner, leaving your property ready for sale and maximizing its sale value.
Payment Options: We offer payment options to accommodate your financial situation. If immediate payment is not an option, our clean-out fee can be paid when your property is sold. There will be a sunset provision on this deferred payment plan, in which case the total payment would be due in one year from contract signing regardless of sale of the real-estate.
Our Resources Keep It Simple: Oistad Estate & Auction Service has the experience, equipment, and staff to perform your clean-out in an efficient and professional manner. Our equipment includes enclosed trailers, flatbed trailers, dump trailers and dumpsters, skid steer and cleaning equipment. We are aware of current market values and knowledgeable in regards to antiques, collectibles, tools, equipment, and personal property.
Peace of Mind: When dealing with an estate, we often come across personal items, despite efforts of family and friends to go through things. When personal items - pictures and documents - are found, they will be set aside and returned to you. Additionally, If Oistad Estate & Auction Service finds anything of value not known, seen, or considered during the initial proposal; we will return the item or purchase it separately. Our company has found jewelry, coin collections, collectibles, etc. that were unknown before our buy-out. You can be assured that our company is professional in our conduct and ethical practices.
